Who feels happy when she finds a bullfrog,

Sad when her students move up to 6th grade,

Scared when she tries to pet a cat and realizes it's a SKUNK!

Who needs help lifting heavy objects, opening pickle jars, and shopping for new clothes,

Who gives hugs to her daughters, text messages to her friends,

and mileage to her pedometer,

Who fears cockroaches, burglars, and fire ants,

Who dreams of living on a farm with chickens, goats, pigs, and a milk-cow,

Ferocious, deadly, dangerous, carnivores,

Mother of cute little kittens,

Lover of MEAT, personal space, stalking prey, kittens,

Who feels happy when chasing rabbits,

Sad when poachers try to shoot at me,

Scared when a human approaches,

Who needs help adapting to new environments,

Who gives canine teeth to her prey, purrrrrrrs to her kittens, and hisses to her enemy,

Who fears bears, snakes, and guns,

Who dreams of escaping the zoo and living in the western part of North America,

Resident of north america, Canaca, and Mexico, and Florida.

I loved the book Love that dog and Hate that cat. I love dogs and think cats are cute, but also mean.

You are the best teacher ever! i wish i didn't have to leave next year... -_- Also, is there a chance that we may get a class pet soon? we could use it to study biology and other subjects!

Noel, we'll have time in class to comment on poems. If you write a kind comment on somebody's poem, it makes them want to write a kind comment on YOURS as well. Sure Noel, but do you know you have to upload the picture for the wiki? If you just copy and paste, it won't work. Also make sure the photo is not a close-up of just you because we are not allowed to upload photos of kids, for internet safety reasons.

Dear Mrs.Wonderful Shanahan i learned how to make a link and i was wondering if i could make a link leading to a picture of James Maslow because most people don't know who he is and i would really like your Permission First

Those earrings are extra special to me because my oldest daughter gave them to me for Christmas one year. Tell me when you think we should wear them again. :-)

How is Lindsey Mrs. Shanahan? How is Andrea? Have the kids met them yet?

I don't think the kids have met either one, but Lindsay will come to school someday and walk the perimeter of the room on her hands, like she does every single year. It's tradition. :-) Lindsay is Capt. of the cheer squad at A&M this year. She still looks like a fifth grader. :-)

Mrs.Shanahan? may i please do my homework for recess because i think i accidently put it in my desk. i really want to keep my "E"! but if i find it i'll do it in the morning before school. but i really want to keep my "E" so i'll stay in for recess if thats alright for you if i don't find it.
